| 摘 要： | 目的研究联合使用阿仑膦酸钠和维D2磷葡钙片治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取来本院进行治疗的100例老年性骨质疏松患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例,研究组联合使用阿仑膦酸钠和维D2磷葡钙片治疗,对照组只使用阿仑膦酸钠治疗。治疗前后评价患者的骨密度情况。结果经过半年的治疗后,研究组患者的骨密度与对照组相比增加明显(p<0.05)。结论与单用阿仑膦酸钠相比,联合使用阿仑膦酸钠和维D2磷葡钙片治疗老年性骨质疏松疗效更显著,在临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinicaleffects of alendronate sodium in combination with Wei D2 Lin Pu Gai Pi- an in treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods 100 patients with senile osteoporosis in our hospital were randomly divided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each. The study group was treated with alendronate sodium in combination with Wei D2 Lin Pu Gai Pian, while the control group was only treated with alendronate sodium. Bone mineral density in pa- tients was evaluated before and after treatment. Results Compared to the control group, bone mineral density in the study group was significantly increased through half a year after treatment （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The clinieal effect of alendr- onate sodium in combination with Wei D2 Lin Pu Gai Pian in treatment of senile osteoporosis is better than that of the treat- ment with alendronate sodium, and is worthy of clinical popularization. |
