阳光用药制度建设与医院药品信息化管理的实施和成效分析

目的探讨阳光用药制度体系的建设,创建医院药品信息化管理新模式。方法介绍具体做法及措施,分析医院阳光用药制度和医院药品信息化管理实施后的临床用药变化和成效。结果阳光用药工程三大体系建立以来,通过构建和完善各项管理制度,有效预防和遏制了医药购销领域商业贿赂行为;通过规范管理、专项治理,提高了医院合理用药水平。结论通过阳光用药制度体系的建设与医院药品信息化管理的实施,既规范了医疗行为,也推动了临床药学的发展,阳光用药制度建设初见成效。

IMPLEMENTATION AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF TRANSPARENT MEDICATION SYSTEM AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OF HOSPITAL MEDICINE

Objective To discuss the construction of transparent medication system and establish the new information management mode of hospital medicine. Methods Practices and measures were introduced concretely. After the implemen- tation of the transparent medication system and information management of hospital medicine, the change of clinical medica- tion and effectiveness were analyzed. Results Since the establishment of three major systems of transparent medication pro- ject, commercial bribery in the field of purchase - and - sell medicine was prevented and contained effectively by establishing and perfecting every management policy, and the level of rational drug use was improved by standard management and special governance. Conclusion The transparent medication system has achieved the preliminary results. The medical treatment is standardized and the development of clinical pharmacy is promoted by the implementation of the construction of transparent medication and the information management of hospital medicine.
