SDF-1/CXCR4与眼部新生血管性疾病的研究进展

摘    要:基质细胞衍生因子-1(stromal cell derived factor 1,SDF-1)是α组趋化因子家族的一个新成员,最早从骨髓的基质细胞中分离出来,其特异性受体CXCR4广泛地表达在许多组织和器官上,SDF-1/CXCR4在调节免疫和炎症反应、调控造血、恶性肿瘤细胞的浸润转移、血管生成等方面发挥着重要的作用。本文从SDF-1/CXCR4的结构、功能、形成新生血管的机制及其与眼部新生血管性疾病的关系等方面进行综述。

Abstract:Stromal cell derived factor 1(SDF-1)is a new member of α group chemokine,and it was first isolated from bone marrow stroma cells.Specific SDF-1 receptor,CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),plays very important roles in inducing immune and inflammatory reaction,modulability of hemopoiesis,invasion and metastasis of malignant tumors and angiogenesis.The review article focuses on the structure,function and mechanism of angiogenesis,especially the relationship between SDF-1/CXCR4 and angiogenesis disease in eyes.
