Y 染色体微缺失与男性不育的关系探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨不育男性无精子症或严重少精子症与Y染色体微缺失之间的关系。方法:利用15个Y染色体特异序列标签位点,以多重PCR法检测无精子症或严重少精子症患者的Y染色体微缺失情况。结果:31例无精子症或严重少精子症患者中共检出Y染色体微缺失3例,缺失率为9.7%。结论:Y染色体微缺失是造成男性精子发生障碍的常见病因之一。

Abstract:Objective: To assess the relationship between azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia and Y chromosomal microdeletions.Methods: Infertile men with azoopermia or severe oligozoospermia were screened by multi-polymerase chain reactions with 15 Y chromosome specificsequence-tagged site labels.Results: Microdeletions were detected in 9.7%(3/31) infertile men with azoospermia or severe oligozoospermia.Conclusion: Y chromosome microdeletion is one of the causes which result in male spermatogenetic obstacle.
