| 摘 要： | 目前已有大量研究证实糖尿病对骨代谢存在一定影响,二者的关系已成为一个新的研究领域,特别是糖尿病与骨代谢疾病骨质疏松这两大影响人类健康和生活质量疾病的关系。同时,相关研究发现某些降糖药物在控制血糖的同时对骨也有影响。近几年国内外报道糖尿病与骨代谢相关研究较多,就1型和2型糖尿病对骨的影响众说不一,发病机制尚不清楚。本文在人群研究、基础研究和降糖药物对骨的影响方面对糖尿病与骨代谢的关系进行了综述。 |
