| 摘 要： | 本文对17种常见腹部手术共47例术后早期不可逆性机械性肠梗阻的发病原因和机理,进行了反馈性剖析。全部病例均属笔者经治。结果表明多数都与上次手术时某种处理欠妥的医源性因素有关。在总结经验教训的基础上,提出预防的见解。 |

| Abstract: | The etiology and pathology of the irreversible mechanic intestinal obstr- uction in early postoperative stage in 47 cases were studied retrospectively. The obstructions were associated with 17 different kinds of general obdominal operations and most of them were related to some operative mistakes in the last operation. A second operation has been performed on all the cases by the author for their obstructions. In this paper, the clinical experience is summed up and the preventive procedures are recommended. |
