| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究安糖方对实验性糖尿病的治疗作用。方法 :以四氧嘧啶制作小鼠糖尿病模型 ,以STZ制作大鼠糖尿病模型。予安糖方治疗 14天后 ,观察其治疗后的体重、血糖、饮水及饲料消耗量。结果 :安糖方能明显降低四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠及STZ所致糖尿病大鼠的血糖 ,降低饲料及饮水消耗量 ,而对体重影响不大。结论 :安糖方对实验性糖尿病具有明显的治疗作用 ,其作用特征与降糖灵类似 |

| Abstract: | Objective :To investigate the therapeutic effect of Antang Formula (ATF) on experimental diabetes mellitus. Methods :ATF at the dosage of 5 and/or 10 g/kg was orally given to alloxan induced diabetic mice or streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats for successive 14 days.Body weight,blood glucose concentration,chew and water consumption were tested accordingly. Results :The results showed that ATF could significantly decrease blood glucose level,reduce the intake of food and water,while it could not significantly affect the body weight in the animal models. Conclusion :ATF is effective in the treatment of experimental diabetes mellitus and is similar to phenformin pharmacologically. |
