摘    要:
目的研制冷热循环机械载荷咀嚼模拟疲劳试验机来人工模拟口腔环境的温度变化和咀嚼负荷,检测口腔材料的疲劳寿命.方法设计制作咀嚼模拟疲劳试验机,参照相关文献及中华人民共和国医药行业标准进行参数设定,在试验机初期磨合后对主要参数进行标定.结果标定结果显示载荷稳定(50±2N),加载频率恒定(1.18Hz).冷热循环符合中华人民共和国医药行业标准.结论自行研制的试验机运行稳定,较真实的模拟了咀嚼运动与冷热循环,为口腔材料、技术方法提供了比较可靠的试验条件.

Abstract:
Objective To design a new kind of thermocycling and mechanical loading (TCML) chewing simulator and test the chronic fatigue characteristics of dental materials and prosthesis. Methods The TCML chewing simulator was designed and made, and the working parameters were set according to the national standards. After a period of debugging, the working parameters were recorded. Results The device ran stably. The value and frequency of the mechanical loading were constant, and the precision of the temperature cycle was consistent with the national standard. Conclusion This kind of TCML chewing simulator may be a credible experiment device for the testing of dental materials and prosthesis.
