摘    要:目的:建立应用微波消解—氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定酵母硒中的有机硒的方法。方法:采用微波消解样品,研究了仪器的工作条件,试剂对硒测定的影响,并对影响荧光强度的诸因素进行了试验和探讨。结果:该方法硒的检出限为0.10μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.42%,线性范围为0~80μg/L,样品中硒回收率为98.8%~102.2%。结论:方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、共存离子干扰小、线性范围宽、方法快速简便等优点。

Abstract:Objective: A method for the determination of organic selenium in yeast selenium by microwave digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry has been developed.Methods: The effects of the instrumental and chemical parmenters on atomic fluorescence signal of selenium were investigated by microwave digestion sample.The effects of other factors were briefly discussed.The detection limit for selenium is 0.10μg/L under the optimum condition.The relative standard derivation is less than 0.42%.The linear range is 0~80 μg/L.The recoveries of selenium were 98.8%~102.2% in sample.Conclusion: The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,low detection limit,the interference of foreign ions is small,wide linear range,simple and quick method etc.
