| 摘 要： | 目的比较舍曲林与氯丙咪嗪治疗少年强迫症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将54例少年强迫症患者随机分为舍曲林纽和氯丙咪嗪纽，疗程均为8周。分别于入组前、服药2、4、6、8周末应用Yale—Brown强迫量见（Y—BOCS），汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评定疗效，采用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果舍曲林组和氯丙咪嗪组治疗后，Y—BOCS、HAMD、HAMA分值均显著下降，差异无显著性。舍曲林不良反应发生率明显少于氯丙咪嗪。结论舍曲林治疗少年强迫症与氯丙咪嗪疗效相当，不良反应较轻。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and side effects of sertraline and clomipramine in the treatment of child obsesssive-compulisve disorders.Methods A total of 54 patients who met the the CCMD-3 criteria for OCD were randomly assigned to two groups.One group were treated with sertraline and the other with clomipramine for 8 weeks.The efficacy was measured with Y-BOCS,HAMD and HAMA.The side effects were assessed by TESS.Results There was no significant differene in the efficacy between sertraline and clomipramine.The side effects of sertraline were lower than those of clomipramine.Conclusion Sertraline is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of child obsessive-compulsive disorders. |
