Xindice在EMR中的应用研究

在对基于XML文档的EMR进行有效存储和查询的解决方案中,本文认为作为具有代表性的开源的纯XML数据库系统的信息服务器,Xindice因其优良的系统架构可以高效地对XML文档进行存储和获得各类型医疗数据,是今后构建EMR系统结构中存储层的不错的选择对象.并依据医疗病案的结构特点,提供了可行的存贮优化方案.

The study of Xindice in the application of EMR

Among the solutions that can storage and query EMR based on XML efficiently,the thesis consider that Xindice,as a representative Open Source information server which was specially signed for XML databases,is a good choice for constructings the storage hierarchy of XML system architecture because its excellent system framework is efficient in storing and acquiring all kinds of medical data in XML file.Along with the appearances of more and more efficient development instruments designed for XML as Xindice,It is predictable that there will be better prospects for the development of EMR.And based the architecture eharacterstics of medical files,the thesis presents a better plan to storage and query EMR based on XML.
