龙藤方治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果

目的 探讨龙藤方治疗类风湿关节炎的中医临床用药及效果.方法 选取本院2008年1月～2010年12月42例类风湿关节炎患者为观察对象,分析本院自拟龙藤方的诊治用药效果,指导实践.结果 42例类风湿关节炎患者经自拟龙藤方结合辨证论治、中药熏蒸12周后,治愈22例,显效14例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率为95.24％.结论 类风湿关节炎病情复杂,在龙藤方基础上结合症状进行辨证论治,并辅以中药熏蒸治疗可以减轻患者的临床症状,恢复关节功能,值得临床应用.

Clinical effect of longtengfang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the effect of longtengfang in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 42 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected as observation object in our hospital from January 2008 to De- cember 2010,and the effect of self-side longtengfang in our hospital was analyzed to guide the practice of diagnosis and treatment.Results After the treatment of self-side longtengfang combined with syndrome differentiation and fumi- gating with traditional Chinese medicine for 12 weeks,22 cases in 42 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were cured,14 cases were significantly effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were invalid.The total effective rate reached 95.23%.Conclusion The pathogenetic condition of rheumatoid arthritis is complicated,and the treatment can alleviate the clinical symptom that syndrome differentiation and fumigating with traditional Chinese medicine based on longteng- fang.It can also recover joint function,so it is worthy of clinical application.
