良性乳腺肿瘤患者手术方式与术后美容效果的临床研究

目的 探讨乳腺良性肿瘤患者手术切口的选择与术后美容的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年2月～2012年3月收治的94例乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组各47例,对照组采用传统乳腺肿块表面沿皮纹切口切除术,研究组采用环乳晕弧形切口切除术.分别记录两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口感染情况、术后瘢痕情况和满意度.结果 两组患者的手术时间、出血量、切口感染比较,差异无统计学意义.术后瘢痕及患者满意度调查,研究组患者术后不接受瘢痕者为2.13％,明显低于对照组的72.34％（x2=49.57,P＜0.01）;研究组患者满意度为95.74％,明显高于对照组的59.57％,差异有统计学意义（x2=17.72,P＜0.01）.结论 环乳晕弧形切口切除术治疗良性乳腺肿瘤优于对照组,可有效减轻术后瘢痕,既对疾病起到了根治作用,又达到了美容的效果.

Clinical research of surgical method and postoperative cosmetic effect on patients with breast neoplasms

Objective To study the clinical effect of the choice of surgery incision and postoperative cosmetic on pa- tients with breast neoplasms. Methods 94 cases of patients with breast benign tumor selected in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given traditional breast lesions resection along dermatoglyph incision,and patients in study group were giv- en resection from arc incision surrounded areola.The operation time,blood loss,incision infection,postoperative scar and satisfaction were respectively recorded. Results Comparison between patients in two groups on operation time,blood loss and incision infection showed no obvious difference.Survey on postoperative soar and patient satisfaction showed that 2.13% patients in study group didn＇t accept scar, it was significantly lower than that in control group for 72.34% patients （X2=49.57,P〈0.01）.Patient satisfaction in study group was 95.74%,it was significantly higher than that in control group for 59.57%,the difference had statistical significance （X2=17.72,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Resection from arc incision surrounded areola is superior to traditional breast lesions resection along dermatoglyph incision used in control group in treatment of benign breast tumor.It can effectively relieve postoperative scar.h not only play a part in curing the disease,but also get cosmetic effect.
