护理干预对糖尿病治疗的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对糖尿病患者自我管理能力及治疗效果的影响.方法 将100例来本院就诊的糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组,干预组给予连续、系统的护理干预,并进行个体化指导;对照组则根据患者的血糖变化情况进行药物治疗.10个月后监测患者的空腹血糖值、餐后2h血糖值、糖化血红蛋白值的含量.结果 干预组患者上述指标处于良好水平的例数明显多于对照组（P＜0.05）.护理后两组患者的血糖水平及生活质量评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,干预组患者的血糖控制情况明显优于对照组.结论 护理干预能有效提高患者的血糖控制能力,提高患者的生活质量.

The influence of nursing intervention on diabetes treatment

Objective To discuss the influences of nursing intervention on self-management abilities and therapeutic effects for diabetics. Methods 100 patients with diabetes treated in our hospital were divided into intervention group and control group.The intervention group was given continuous and systematic nursing interventions as well as the in- dividualized guidance,the control group was provided drug therapy based on the levels of patient＇s blood glucose.After 10 months,the value of fasting glucose,the level of 2 h postprandial glucose and the content of glyeosylated hemoglobin was monitored in both groups. Results The number of above-mentioned indicators being in good levels in intervention group was greatly superior to that of the control group （P〈0.05）.After the nursing,the comparisons of glucose level and living standard scores in the two groups displayed statistical differences （P〈0.05）.The situation of blood glucose control in intervention group was better than that of control group. Conclusion The nursing intervention can effectively improve the ability of glycemic control and patient＇s life quality.
