良性前列腺增生经尿道等离子双极电切术疗效分析

目的 观察经尿道等离子双极电切术（PKRP）治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年5月～2012年10月收治的110例BPH患者为研究对象,均给予PKRP手术治疗,观察本组患者的各项手术指标及术后短期疗效.结果 本组患者手术均一次性成功,平均手术时间为（52.3±12.4）min,平均持续膀胱冲洗时间为（2.1±0.4）d,平均留置导尿管时间为（3.7±0.8）d,平均术后住院时间为（8.1±0.6）d.术后发生继发性出血4例,无其他并发症发生.术后3个月国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、残余尿量（PRV）、生活质量评分（QOL）水平均较术前有显著改善（P＜0.01）.结论 PKRP治疗BPH效果理想,且安全性较高,可明显改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用.

Therapeutic effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）.Methods 110 cases of BPH patients in our hospital from May 2010 to October 2012 were selected and given PKRP surgery, the surgery index and shoot outcome were evaluated.Results All surgeries were successful once, the mean time consuming of surgery was（52.3±12.4） rain, the mean time of continuously bladder washing was （2.1±0.4）d, the mean time of urinary catheter was（3.7±0.8）d, the mean length of stay after surgery was （8.1±0.6）d. There were only 4 patients with complication.The indexes of IPSS, Qmax, PRV and QOL were significantly improved at three months after surgery （P〈0.05）.Conclusion PKRP in treatment of BPH has good therapeutic effect with high safety, can significantly improve the quality of patient＇s life, and should be expanded in clinic.
