| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝豆灵及谷胱甘肽口服治疗肝豆状核变性的疗效及不良反应,并与二巯基丁二酸胶囊及青霉胺相比较。方法将患者167例随机分为四组,A组接受谷胱甘肽口服及常规药物（肝豆灵片及葡萄糖酸锌片）治疗,B组接受二巯基丁二酸胶囊口服及常规药物治疗,C组接受青霉胺片口服及常规药物治疗,D组接受常规药物治疗;治疗12周。结果A、B、C组疗效相近,均优于D组。结论谷胱甘肽合肝豆灵口服治疗肝豆状核变性与二巯基丁二酸胶囊、青霉胺同样具有确切疗效,其安全性更优。
