鲍曼不动杆菌抗药基因检测及对消毒剂抗性研究

摘    要:目的研究临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌携带抗药基因qacE△1-sulI情况及对消毒剂抗性水平。方法采用PCR法和肉汤稀释法分别检测临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌qacE△1-sulI基因和对消毒剂抗性变化,并与大肠杆菌标准菌株进行比较。结果临床分离的7株鲍曼不动杆菌中,4株qacE△1-sulI基因阳性,3株阴性。醋酸氯己定对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC值为2mg/L~4mg/L,MBC值为4mg/L~125mg/L,均高于大肠杆菌标准株。对氯间二甲基苯酚对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC值为78mg/L~156mg/L;苯扎溴铵对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC值为9.8mg/L~19.5mg/L;聚维酮碘与聚醇醚碘对7株鲍曼不动杆菌的MIC值与标准菌株相同,分别为1000mg/L和500mg/L,均未超过标准菌株。结论鲍曼不动杆菌携带qacE△1-sulI基因携带率较高,抗药基因阳性的菌株对多数消毒剂耐受浓度增加。

Abstract:Objective To study the drug -resistance gene carried by clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii and level of resistance to disinfectants. Methods PCR methed and broth dilution method were used to detect qacE△1-sul I gene of clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii and the change of resistance to disinfectants. Parallel comparison with the standard strain of Escherichia coli was also carried out. Results Of the clinically isolated 7 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii, 4 were found to be qacE△1-sul I gene positive and 3 were nagative. The MIC value of chlorhexidine acetate for 7 strains of clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii was 2 mg/L~4 mg/L and the MBC value was 4 mg/L~125 mg/L, which were higher than those for E. coli standard strain. The MIC ralue of chloroxylenol for 7 clinically isolated strain was 78 mg/L~156 mg/L. The MIC value of bromogeramine for 7 strains of clinically isolated Acinetobacter baumannii was 9.8 mg/L~19.5 mg/L. The MIC values of povidone-iodine and polyoxinolum-iodine for 7 strains were equal to those for the standard strain, and were 1000 mg/L and 500 mg/L respectively. Conclusions The qacE△1-sul I gene carrying rate of Acinetobacter baumannii is high. The resistance of drug-resistance gene-positive strain is increased to most disinfectants.
