我院临床药师开展药学服务工作的实践与思考

目的思考药学服务工作中存在的问题及改进措施,为临床药师的成长提供有意义的参考。方法介绍2011年1月至2011年7月我院临床药师参与呼吸科查房,并协助医师进行药物治疗的案例,分析和总结临床药师在药学服务工作中的不足与改进措施。结果和结论临床药师应注重不断提高自身的综合素质,同时得到相应政策的支持,医院药学服务工作会有更好的发展。

Experience of pharmaceutical care engaged by pharmacists in our hospital

Objective To provide a meaningful reference for the improvement of clinical pharmacists′ ability through thinking the problems and improving measures in pharmaceutical care.Methods Medical treatments in which clinical pharmacists assisted doctors from Jan.2011 to July 2011 in the respiratory department of our hospital were introduced,the lackness and improving measures of clinical pharmacists in pharmaceutical care were analyzed and summerized.Results & Conclusion Pharmaceutical care in the hospital is surely to be developed better as long as clinical pharmacists pay attention to improving themselves′ general competence and obtain corresponding policy support.
