| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院中药注射剂的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性的调查方法对我院2008-2010年中药注射剂的品种、金额、用药频度等数据进行统计分析。结果 3年来中药注射剂金额与全部用药总金额逐年上升,中药注射剂金额占全部用药总金额百分率也呈上升趋势,但2009至2010年略微下降。治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂连续3年居临床使用之首位。结论中药注射剂用量逐渐增多,显示其市场需求较大,但存在一定的不合理用药情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital for a reference of their rational use.Method The Chinese herbal injections used during 2008-2010 were analyzed in respect of varieties,the consumption sum and DDDs by the retrospective investigation method.Result Both of the consumption sum and the total sum of Chinese herbal injections experienced an increasing trend.Percentage of consumption sum accounting for total sum was also an increasing trend except for 2009-2010.Use of Chinese herbal injections for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases ranked first in the consecutive three years.Conclusion The increase of consumption of Chinese herbal injections displayed a large market demand,but there were still some irrational uses of Chinese herbal injections. |
