组织工程血管支架研究进展

摘    要:组织工程血管支架是血管组织工程学中的一个重要组成部分。过去20多年时间里,组织工程血管支架材料由简单的天然材料发展到高分子可降解材料和生物材料的复合物;设计和加工的方式由单纯的手工发展到潜力巨大的快速成型技术,取得了令人瞩目的成绩。目前组织工程血管支架材料的性能还有待完善,设计加工方法还不够成熟,该领域今后的发展方向为支架材料的复合化和支架设计加工的产业化。

Abstract:The blood vessel scaffold is one of the important parts of tissue engineered blood vessel.In the past twenty years,the simple crude materials used in tissue engineered blood vessel had been substituded by the compounds of macromolecule synthetic biodegradable polymers and biomaterials;man-made skill of the design and manufacture scaffolds had been substituded by the more potential technique of rapid prototyping(RP).The performance of tissue engineered blood vessel scaffold is not satisfied and the technique of the design and manufacture scaffolds is not perfect by now.The composition of the materials and the industrialization of the design and manufacture is the destination of developing tissue engineered blood vessel in the future.
