白三烯受体调节剂治疗支气管扩张症的疗效观察

目的：探讨白三烯受体调节剂治疗支气管扩张症临床价值。方法：将81例确诊为支气管扩张症的患者，随机分为使用白三烯受体调节剂孟鲁司特片治疗组和不使用的空白组，比较两组治疗前及治疗后6个月急性加重的次数、平均痰量的变化、痰细菌学培养阳性结果次数、肺功能FVC（用力肺活量）的变化。结果：治疗前后痰量变化、急性加重次数变化具有统计学意义，治疗组痰量降低、急性加重次数减少（P<0.05）。各组FVC、痰细菌学培养阳性结果次数无明显差异（P>0.05）。结论：白三烯受体调节剂能减少支气管扩张症患者的痰量，降低患者急性加重发生率，有确切疗效。
