摘    要:
近年来,根据肿瘤个体基因特征进行个体化治疗正日益成为国内外学者关注的焦点。对结直肠癌患者进行药物基因组学研究发现,谷胱甘肽转移酶P1(GSTP1)、X线修复交叉互补基因1(XRCC1)、二氢嘧啶脱氢酶基因、甲基四氢叶酸还原酶等基因的多态性可能会影响化疗效果、生存时间和不良反应,可为实施个体化治疗提供了新的预测指标。该文着眼于国内外学者对GSTP1和XRCC1基因多态性的检测和分析,对其研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:
In recent yems,individualized treatment according to the characters of tumor individual genes is increasingly becoming the focus of scholars at home and abroad.The study of chemotherapy in colorectal cancer found that the gene polymorphism loci in GSTP1,XRCC1,DPYD,MTHFR may affect the chemotherapy effect,the survival time and adverse reactions,providing a new predictor for the implementation of individualized treatment.Here is to make a review of the research progress in detection and analysis of GSTP1 and XRCC1 polymorphisms.
