超短波透热疗法结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎58例效果观察

目的观察超短波透热疗法结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法将116例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组58例采用抗生素静脉滴注及中药保留灌肠治疗，治疗组58例在此基础上加用超短波透热疗法。结果治疗后，治疗组治愈率为39．7％，总有效率为91．4％，复发率为26．1％；对照组治愈率为20．7％，总有效率为75．6％，复发率为52．6％。两组治愈率、总有效率、复发率比较差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论超短波透热疗法结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎临床效果显著。

Effect observation on ultrashort wave diathermy combined with retention enema with Chinese herbs in the treatment of 58 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effects on ultrashort wave diathermy combined with retention enema with Chinese herbs in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 116 cases with chronic pelvic inflamma- tion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. 58 cases in control group received antibiotics and retention enema with Chinese herbs, 58 cases in treatment group accepted ultrashort wave diathermy based on the treatment of control group. Results After Treatment for one month, the cure rate, total effective rate and recurrence rate of the treatment group were 39.7%, 91.4%, 26.1%; the cure rate, total effective rate and recurrence rate of the control group were 20.7%, 75.6%, 52.6%, there were significant differences on the cure rate, total effective rate and recurrence rate between two groups （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Retention enema combined with Chinese herbs com- bined with ultrashort wave diathermy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is remarkably effective.
