| 摘 要： | 目的通过双盲交叉实验设计,观察20例脑力劳动者在脑疲劳状态时弱交变磁场对脑疲劳预防和治疗的效果。方法20例受试者均接受两次脑交变磁场的治疗,其中一次为真性治疗,另一次为假性治疗。治疗前后对受试者记录事件相关电位。结果反映大脑疲劳的事件相关电位指标LPC和P180在假性治疗后波幅明显减低,而真性治疗后则波幅不降低。反映注意力的事件相关电位指标N270在假性治疗后无任何改变,而在真性治疗后,其波幅明显增高。结论弱交变磁场可以防止脑疲劳、同时提高注意力。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of magnetic field on mental fatigue.Method Twenty subjects received twice tests,one with weak magnetic field on the head (real test) and the other with no field (control test).Event related potentials (ERPs) were recorded from them before and after the tests.Result The amplitude of ERP P180 and LPC, which can reflect mental fatigue,decreased after receiving control test.It showed no change after receiving real test.Amplitude of N270, reflecting attentional function of brain,increased after receiving the real test.Conclusion Weak magnetic field can relieve mental fatigue and improve mental attention of brain. |
