家庭医生责任制的实施对社区高血压管理醮影响研究

目的研究家庭医生责任制的实施对社区高血压管理的影响。方法选择2009年3月～2011年3月来社区卫生服务中心就诊的120例高血压患者进行研究。根据随机数字表法，将所有患者分为实验组和对照组，每组各60例，对照组采用高血压的常规诊疗措施对患者进行治疗；实验组在对照组治疗的基础上，采用最新实施的家庭医生责任制对社区高血压患者进行管理。分析比较两组患者采用家庭医生责任制前后对于高血压健康知识的了解程度，以及两组患者治疗前后血压的变化情况。结果实验组患者接受社区的家庭医生责任制的相关健康教育干预管理后，高血压患者规律用药情况、饮食食盐控制、相关知识的掌握情况、参加运动情况以及进行常规血压监测的情况明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组患者在治疗后，收缩压和舒张压均显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论家庭医生责任制的实施显著提高了高血压患者对于健康知识的知晓率，提高了高血压的治疗效果。

The impact of the implementation of family doctor responsibility system on community hypertension management

Objective To study the implementation of family doctor responsibility system to community hypertension management. Methods 120 cases patients with hypertension from March 2009 to March 2011 of community health service center were studied. According to the random number table method, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control group. 60 patients in the control group were treated with routine clinical measures; experimental group were treated with the latest implementation of family doctor responsibility system to manage the implementation on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment, the family doctor responsibility for the level of understanding of the health knowledge of hypertension, and blood pressure changes in the two groups patients were analyzed and compared. Results Experimental group patients which received family doctor responsibility system in the community health education intervention management, the regular medication, dietary salt control, mastery of the knowledge, participate in sports as well as regular blood pressure monitoring were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Family doctor responsibility system is significantly increasing in patients with hypertension awareness of health knowledge, improving the effect of treatment of hypertension.
