小蓟的化学成分研究

摘    要:
目的研究小蓟中具有止血作用的化学成分。方法运用正相硅胶,凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)等多种柱色谱和HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从小蓟的乙酸乙酯萃取部分和正丁醇部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡酸(I),绿原酸(Ⅱ),7.葡萄糖酸-5,6一二羟基黄酮(Ⅲ),豆甾醇3-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ),5,8,4’一三羟基黄酮一7—O-β—D-葡萄糖苷(V)。结论化合物Ⅳ、V为首次从小蓟中分离得到;化合物I、Ⅱ具有止血作用。

Abstract:
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cirsium segestum. Methods Multi-chromatographic methods including Silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel permeation were employed for the isolation and purification. The struetures were identified on the basis of chemical evidenee and spectral data. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as Caffeic acid ( I ), Chlorogenie acid( II ), Baiealin ( III ), stigmasterol 3-O-glueopyranoside ( IV ), 5, 8,4' -trihydroxy-7-O-β-D-glu- eopyranoside( V ). Conclusion compounds IV and Vwere isolated from Cirsium segestum for the first time.
