| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年2型糖尿病脉压水平与早期肾损害的关系。方法：将216例糖尿病患者根据有无合并高血压分成正常血压组（D组）和合并高血压组（DH组）。每组根据脉压水平不同分为3个亚组,进行血清尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）、尿微量白蛋白（MAU）、尿β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、尿N-乙酰-B-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶（NAG）测定,分析脉压与肾功能指标的关系。结果：随着脉压差的增大,两组3个亚组间尿MAU、β2-MG、NAG的比较差异均有统计学意义,早期肾功能损害指标与脉压正相关。结论：脉压是2型糖尿病早期肾脏损害的预测因素。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the relationship between early renal injury and pulse pressure in elderly type 2 diabetic patients.Methods：Total 216 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into 2 groups：one with and the other without hypertension,and each group was then divided into 3 sub-groups based on pulse pressure level.Parameters including urinary-MAU,NAG and β2-2MG levels were detected.Results：Significant differences were showed in MAU,β2-MG and NAG levels between the three sub-groups as the pulse pressure increasing in two groups.Conclusion：Pulse pressure is one of the predictive factors of early renal injury in type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
