| 摘 要： | 自1984年1月至1993年12月共收治中、重型脑损伤合并四肢大骨折156例(208个骨折).对骨折的处理:非手术治疗83例(113个骨折),死亡16例(19.2%),骨折畸形连接46例(55.4%);早期手术内固定治疗73例(105个骨折),死亡4例(5.4%),67例骨折愈合良好(91.7%).作者认为对脑损伤患者的骨折进行早期手术内固定,有利于防止严重合并症及器官衰竭、降低死亡率,并为肢体功能恢复创造条件. |

| Abstract: | One hundred and fifty six cases with middle and severe cerbral injuries complicated with long bone fractures were treated from January,1984 to December, 1993. Among 83 cases (113 fracturs) of non-operation treatment 16 cases(19. 2%)died,malunion occurred in 46 cases(55. 4%). Other 73 cases(105 fractures) having early internal fixation 67 cases(91.7%)had good bone heal,4 cases(5.4%)died. Authors recognize that early internal fixation to the fracture of brain injury patient can prevent sevious complication as well as organ failur,reduce dead rate and make condition for limb body function recovery. |
