摘    要:目的:探讨尿毒症(CRF)患者血液透析、输血后与感染丙型肝炎的关系及临床意义。方法:应用EIA和PCR法检测CRF血液透析303例患者血清中抗-HCV和HCV-RNA。结果:CRF患者血透、输血次数和输血量与血清抗-HCV、HCV-RNA检出阳性率呈正比升高,且男性明显高于女性,更高于健康者。结论:血透容易感染丙肝病毒;输血则增加了感染的机会,接受异体输血的次数和量越多,感染的机率则越大,阳性检出率越高。,Objective: To study the clinical significance and the relation between hepatitisC and blood transfusion after hemodialysis. Methods: Anti-HCV and HCV-RNA were determined respectively in 303 cases with uremic hemodialysis through EIA and PCR. Results: Thepositive rate between anti-HCV, HCV-RNA and the times and volume of hemodialysis andblood transfusion increased. The rate in males was higher than that in females. Conclusion:Hemodialysis may easily lead to infection of hepatitis C virus. Transfusion may provide morechances for infection. The more the times and volume, the easier the infection and the higherthe positive rate.
