腹部按摩与大黄敷脐防治有机磷中毒后肠麻痹的临床观察

[目的]探讨腹部按摩与大黄敷脐法防治重度有机磷农药中毒后肠麻痹的效果。[方法]将60例重度有机磷农药中毒病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组进行常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗的基础上,同时应用腹部按摩和大黄敷脐法。观察两组病人首次排便时间、排便次数、胆碱酯酶恢复至正常的时间、住院天数、肠麻痹发生率、中间综合征(IMS)、中毒反跳发生率等对数据进行统计学分析。[结果]经统计学处理,两组病人首次排便时间,排便次数、胆碱酯酶恢复至正常时间、住院天数、肠麻痹发生率、中间综合征、中毒反跳发生率比较差异均有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。[结论]腹部按摩与大黄敷脐法可有效地防治重度有机磷农药中毒后肠麻痹。

Clinical observation on abdominal massage and rhubarb umbilical area applying to prevent and treat organophosphate poisoning patients complicated with enteroparalysis

Objective: To probe into the effect of abdominal massage and rhubarb umbilical area applying to prevent and treat organophosphate poisoning patients complicated with enteroparalysis. Methods: A total of 60 cases with severe organophosphate poisoning were divided into test and control group randomly 30 cases of each group. Routine treatment was carried out for control group. Based on the routine treatment, abdominal massage and rhubarb umbilical area were carried out for test group cases. Indexes including the first defecation time, defecating frequency, the time of acetylcholine esterase recovered to normal level, hospitalization days, incidence of enteroparalysis, incidences of intermediate syndrome (IMS) and intoxication rebound of the two groups of patients were observed and then the data were analyzed statistically. Results: In terms of the first defecation time, defecating frequency, the time when acetylcholine esterase recovered to normal level, hospitalization days, incidence of enteroparalysis, incidences of IMS and intoxication rebound, there were different statistical significances between the two groups of patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal massaging and rhubarb umbilical area applying can effectively prevent and treat organophosphate poisoning patients complicated with enteroparalysis.
