Abstract: | Dedifferentiated chondrosarcomas are well-described aggressive tumors arising from low-grade chondrosarcomas and containing high-grade mesenchymal sarcomatous components. These tumors are important to consider in the differential diagnosis of well-defined lytic lesions in the pelvis associated with large soft-tissue components. We present the plain film, computed tomographic, and angiographic findings of the first such reported tumor containing a leiomyosarcomatous component. |
