原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤的 B 超和 MRI 诊断分析

摘    要:目的探讨胆囊恶性肿瘤的B超和MRI诊断情况,以提高胆囊恶性肿瘤诊断率。方法对该院2010年1月—2012年12月收治的经手术后诊断为胆囊恶性肿瘤的30例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 B超诊断原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤19例,诊断正确率为63.3%,MRI诊断原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤21例,诊断正确率为70.0%,两者相比,差异无统计学意义,P〉0.05;而二者联合诊断27例,占90.0%,与单独使用B超和MRI检查均显著提高,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 MRI和B超联合检查显著提高了原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤的正确率,减少了误诊率,为患者早期诊断提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of MRI and ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary carcinoma of gallbladder. Methods Thirty patients with carcinoma of gallbladder from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital were studied. Retrospective analysis was made of the data of MRI plain scanning and enhanced scanning and ultrasound performance of the 30 cases of pathologically proven primary carcinoma of gallbladder. Results 30 cases were diagnosed by ultrasound,and 30 cases were diagnosed by MRI. The accuracy diagnostic rates were 70. 0%( 21 /30) and 63. 3%( 19 /30),respectively. There were no significant differences between the two ways( P >0. 05). With MRI plus ultrasound,the accuracy diagnostic rate of primary carcinoma of gallbladder was 90. 0%( 27/30),which had statistically significant differences compared with either way( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The combination of MRI plain scanning and enhanced scanning and ultrasound is an effective way to increase the accuracy in diagnostic rate of primary carcinoma of gallbladder.
