贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效观察

目的 探讨贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效.方法 将该院2010年2月-2012年8月收治的120例高血压合并冠心病患者分为观察组（n=60）和对照组（n=60）,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗.结果 治疗后观察组的疗效,心电图改善情况和血脂情况都显著地优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 贝那普利联合通心络胶囊治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效确切,无明显毒副作用,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical effects of benazepril combined with tongxinluo capsule on hypertension with coronary heart disease

Objective To explore the clinical effects of benazepril combined with tongxiuluo capsule on hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with hypertension with eoronat7 heart disease in our hospital fi＇om February 2010 to August 2012 were divided into observation group （n= 60） and control group （n =60）. The obsmwation group was given benazepril combined with tongxinluo capsule on the basis of general routine treatment and the control group was given general routine treatment. Results After treatment, the clinical effects, electrocardiogram, and blood lipids in the obsmwation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The curative effect of the benazepril combined with tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of hy- pertension with eoronary heart disease is good, which has no obvious side effects, it is worthy to be popularized.
