不同分级高血压患者IMT与Hcy水平的相关性分析

目的探讨不同分级高血压患者颈动脉IMT与Hcy水平的变化以及与二者之间的关系。方法选取住院治疗的原发性高血压180例,其中1级、2级、3级高血压患者各60例。采用免疫荧光法来测定Hcy的值,使用彩色多普勒超声测定颈动脉IMT,比较二者在不同组之间的差异以及二者的关系。结果 （1）各组之间的IMT厚度差异显著F（3,237）=28.12,P〈0.01],Hcy值也差异显著F（3,237）=8.78,P〈0.05）],随着血压的升高,IMT厚度逐渐增厚,Hcy水平也呈现出升高的趋势;（2）无斑块组、单发斑块组和多发斑块组之间的Hcy水平差异显著,F（2,178）=19.36,P〈0.05,斑块程度越大Hcy值越大;（3）各组的颈动脉IMT与Hcy水平之间的呈显著正相关（P〈0.05）。结论随着血压升高,颈动脉IMT越厚,Hcy水平则越高,提升了罹患血管疾病的风险。

Correlation between homocysteine and intima-media thickness in hypertensive patients with different grading

Objective To investigate the relationship between homocysteine and intima-media thickness in hypertensive patients with different grading. Methods 180 cases with primary hypertension were selected,of which each grading group had 60 cases. The relative value of Hcy was measured by immunofluorescence method,and the Intima-media Thickness（ IMT） by color doppler ultrasound. The differences of Hcy and IMT among different groups were compared,as well as the relations between Hcy and IMT. Results The thicknesses of IMT were significantly different among groupsF（ 3,237） = 28. 12,P ＆lt; 0. 01],and so did HcyF（ 3,237） = 8. 78,P ＆lt; 0. 05]. With the increase of blood pressure,thickness of IMT was thickened gradually,and Hcy also presented a rising trend. Hcy levels were significantly different among no plaque group,single and multiple plaques,F（ 2,178） = 19. 36,P ＆lt; 0. 05. Between IMT and Hcy there was a significantly positive correlation（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusions As the blood pressure increases,IMT becomes thicker,and Hcy is higher,which might increase the risk of vascular disease.
