莫西沙星治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床效果观察

目的 观察莫西沙星在急性鼻窦炎治疗中的临床疗效和不良反应.方法 98 例急性鼻窦炎患者随机分为观察组（n=46）和对照组（n=52）,观察组口服莫西沙星治疗,对照组口服阿莫西林治疗.观察患者的临床疗效、治疗时间以及药物的不良反应.结果观察组共治愈36例,显效6例,好转3例,无效1例;对照组共治愈24例,显效16例,好转8例,无效4例.观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.观察组的平均治疗时间为（4.68±2.34）d,对照组的平均治疗时间为（6.72±3.16）d,观察组的平均治疗时间明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 莫西沙星治疗急性鼻窦炎的临床效果更好,治疗时间相对较短,不良反应的发生率较低.

Clinical effects of moxifloxacin in treatment of acute sinusitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of moxifloxacin on the treatment of acute sinusitis. Methods 98 patients with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into observation group which was treated by moxifloxaein, and control group which was treated by amoxicillin. Then the clinical efficacy, the treatment time and adverse reactions were observed and compared. Results Among all the patients in observation group, 36 were cured successfully, six treated effectively, three patients＇ symptoms improved, but another one failed,while in the control group, 24 patients were cured successfully, sixteen patients treated effec- tively, eight patients＇ symptoms improved, but another four patients failed. The clinical efficacy of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the patients in the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The average time of treatment on patients in the eontrol group was （6.72 ± 3.16） days which was significantly shorter than（4.68 ± 2.34） days in the eontrol group, and there was statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The clinical efficacy of moxifloxaein on the treatment of acute sinusitis is better than others with the advantages of shorter time for treatment and lower rate for incidence of the adverse reactions.
