试论《素问·热论》"可汗"、"可泄" --兼论"截断"、"扭转"

通过探讨《素问.热论》“可汗”、“可泄”两法以及后世发展的外感热性病各种治疗方法,对热病初期应用清热解毒来“截断”、“扭转”病势的方法提出异议,认为截断并扭转病势当遵循中医辨证论治精神,因时因地因人而施,既注意祛邪,更注意调护正气,务使邪有出路,从而达到改善症状,阻断病情发展,提高临床疗效,缩短病程的目的。

Therapies of Sweating And Purgation of Plain Questions Discussion on Febrile Diseases--Discuss on the speedy treatment and preventing further development

Through analysing treating principle of the therapies of sweating and purgation and other treating methods and principles on febrile diseases,we have dissimilar opinion to adopt treating method of speedy treatment and preventing further development such as clearing heat and toxic materials in early days of febrile diseases.we think that we must follow the idea of determination of treatment based on differentiation of syndromes,treatment chosen according to climate,locality and individual,eliminating pathogenic factors to restore body resistance.There are outlets to pathogenic evils,thus we can reach the symptom of improving,block progression of a disease,improve clinical curative effect and shorten course of disease.
