| 摘 要： | 目的探讨隐匿性乳腺癌的发病特点、诊断和治疗方法。方法对4例隐匿性乳腺癌的临床资料进行回颐性分析。结果4例均以腋下肿块为首发症状且均予手术治疗，手术方式望乳腺癌改良根治术，术后辅以放、化疗。4例获随访2—4年，均存活。结论对原因不明的腋下肿块，应考虑到隐匿性乳腺癌的可能，同时应予切除并送检病理确诊。一经确诊，宜选择乳腺癌根治术或改良根治术，并予辅助性放、化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristic, diagnosis and treatment of occult breast cancer.Methods The clinical data of cases of OBC were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients showed axillary node enlargement as the first sign. 4 cases of OBC were operated with modified radical mastectomy. Postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy were carried out in 4 cases.
