| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肿瘤患者血液流变学指标检测结果的变化及意义。方法对210例恶性肿瘤患者与300例健康者进行血液流变学指标检测。结果肿瘤患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率检测结果均较健康者明显增高（P＜0．05），血细胞比容则较健康者明显降低（P＜0．05）。结论血液流变学指标检测对肿瘤患者的诊断、疗效评价及预后判断有一定的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the hemorheological changes and their significance in cancer patients .Methods Hemorheological parameters were detected in 210 cancer patients and 300 healthy subjects .Results Detection re-sults of whole blood viscosity ,plasma viscosity ,fibrinogen and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in cancer patients were all significantly higher than those in healthy controls （P〈0 .05） ,while hematocrit decreased compared with healthy controls （P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Hemorheology detection could be with some clinical value in diagnosis ,treatment and prognosis of cancer patients . |
