| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效性.方法 将本院收治的150例中重度子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为2组；对照组75例仅给予手术治疗,试验组75例在手术治疗基础上,术后皮下注射注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林.观察患者用药前后的症状表现及2组术后的临床治疗效果.结果 试验组总有效率73.3％明显高于对照组的57.3％,且患者的术后复发率试验组13.3％低于对照组的26.7％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 腹腔镜手术联合注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林可有效提高手术临床疗效,减少患者复发情况.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscopic surgery and enantone for the endometriosis.Methods Totally 150 cases of the endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups.The laparoscopic surgery was done in two groups and the enantone was taken in the observation group by hypodermic injection.The effect of treatment and the symptoms before or after taking pills were compared.Results The effect of observation group was better than that of control group and recurrence rate was lower （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The laparoscopic surgery and enantone can improve the clinical effect of the operation effectively. |
