| 摘 要： | 目的探讨云南省HPV感染情况及其型别分布.方法用23种人乳头状瘤病毒分型基因芯片检测系统对308例HPV阳性结果进行分析.结果 2124例参检者的HPV感染率为14.5%,308阳性例数中,检出21个亚型,单型感染为84.1%,混合感染为15.9%,高危型占75.3%,高危型前三位依次为HPV16、33、58.结论 HPV感染者中以高危型为主,高危型前三位依次为HPV16、33、58基因型. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the HPV infection status and HPV types distribution in Yunnan province.Methods 308 cases of HPV infection were analyzed by using HPV gene chip assay system.Results HPV infection ratio was 14.5% among 2124 samples.Therefore,308 HPV infection cases were revealed,among which 21 HPV types were detected,84.1% were single HPV type infections,15.9% were mixed HPV types infections,and 75.3% were＂high-risk＂ infections.HPV 16,33,and 58 were identified as the top three ＂high-risk＂infectiontypes.Conclusions The＂high-risk＂infectiontypesarethemajorinfectiontypes.HPV 16,52,58＂high-risk＂infection types are the first three＂high-risk＂infection types. |
