正常人舌超声解剖及彩色多普勒血流图研究

目的 探讨正常人舌的超声解剖及彩色多普勒血流图。方法 应用实时高频超声经皮舌骨上区检查法检查２０１例正常人舌，确定舌的切面图并进行舌的径线测定。结果 应用本检查法可获得完善的连续的舌和口度超声解剖切面图和舌血管的彩色血流图，舌和口底重要结构显示率为１００％。

Study of ultrasound anatomy and color Doppler flow image of normal tongue

Objective To study the ultrasound anatomy and color Doppler flow image of the normal tongue.Methods Two hundred and one cases with normal tongues were examined with percutaneous suprahyoid real-time high-frequency ultrasound and color Dopple ultrasound.The views and the sizds of the different parts of the tongue were determined.Results The continual and comprehensive ultrasound anatomy and color Doppler flow image could be obtained 100%and the ultrasound images of the important normal structures of the tongue and the floor of the mouth were clearly discernible.The widths of the tip,body and root of the tongues were(28.52±4.32)mm,(35.53±3.82)mm and(31.05±3.85)mm,respectively.The thickness of those were(20.14±4.02)mm,(23.21±2.83)mm and(23,88±4,05)mm,respectively.The length of the tongue was(53.04±6.28)mm.Conclusions The reserch results metioned in this paper will provide an important ultrasound anatomic basis for ultrasound diagnosis of the located lesions of the tongue and the floor of the mouth.
