| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高血压性脑室出血的治疗方法.方法 采用双侧脑室引流灌洗加腰穿脑脊液置换的联合方法,治疗高血压性脑室出血45例,并依据其治疗效果,与常规单侧引流的101例资料对照.结果 采用双侧脑室引流灌洗加腰穿脑脊液置换的联合方法的治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,同时病死率明显下降.结论 双侧脑室引流灌洗加腰穿脑脊液置换,是治疗高血压性脑室出血的一种安全有效的方法. |
