摘    要:
采用微孔滤膜采集作业场所空气,气相色谱仪(GC)定量检测滤膜样品中1,4-丁二醇(BDO)含量,气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)定性分析不同采样地点高浓度BDO样品中的未知物,并与美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)标准谱图库比照分析。结果显示,BDO贮槽、酯化反应器处工作场所空气中除了BDO、四氢呋喃外,还有大量1-戊醇、丙三醇、2-丁醇、甘油醛、1,2-丁二醇、2-羟基四氢吡喃等其他高浓度的有机物质。

Quantitative and qualitative analysis on air in a workplace with PBT production line by GC and GC-MS
Abstract:
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection is one of the commonest sexually transmitted infections. A study has found that DNA from high-risk HPV is present in 99.7% of cervical cancer samples. It is now clear that HPV persistent infection is the main pathogenic factor for HPV related diseases, such as cervical cancer and other malignancies. So it is particularly important to prevent HPV infection and treat HPV related diseases through vaccination against HPV. There are 2 types of HPV vaccines: prophylactic HPV vaccine, which is used to prevent HPV infection in healthy people; and therapeutic HPV vaccine, which has the potential to produce therapeutic effects against pre-existing HPV infections and lesions. This review summarizes the current researches and advance of the safety and efficacy of HPV vaccines.
