| 摘 要： | 临床药师参与2例风湿免疫合并妊娠肝酶升高患者的药学监护，建议选择妊娠安全性较好的丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸保肝等。患者病情好转，肝功能得到恢复。

| Abstract: | This article reported 2 cases of rheumatic autoimmune disease pregnant patients with abnormal liver function. Clinical pharmacists suggested physicians to choose ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate as liver-protecting agent which is safer for pregnancy. After treatment, both of the patients restored their liver function and were discharged. |
