| 摘 要： | 目的 评价保险从业人员生命质量,探讨职业紧张对其生理、心理健康和生命质量的相关性.方法 整群抽样抽取某市保险公司3家,从中随机抽取保险公司内勤、外勤主管、普通业务员共173人,采用(occupational stress inventory-revised.OSI-R)和(the MOS 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)量表对职业紧张和生命质量进行评价.结果 工作环境差、任务过重、任务不适对员工生理健康、心理健康和生命质量有显著的负向性影响.业务紧张对生理健康、心理健康、生命质量有显著的负向性影响.自我保健、休养对生理健康、心理健康和生命质量均有显著的止向性影响.结论 保险从业人员的生命质量受工作环境、工作任务、业务紧张等多方面的影响.保险公司应重视保险从业人员的健康状况,提高保险从业人员工资待遇,改善其工作条件,减少保险从业人员的职业紧张感,进而改善其生命质量. |
