| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨不稳定性心绞痛患者血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）测定的临床意义。方法：选择60例临床诊断为不稳定性心绞痛的患者为观察组，60例稳定性心绞痛患者为对照组。所有研究对象均采用免疫投射比浊法测定血清CRP水平，并比较其与不同类型冠心病斑块稳定性之间的关系。结果：不稳定性心绞痛患者组血清CRP水平明显高于稳定性心绞痛患者。结论：血清CRP水平与不同类型冠心病斑块稳定性有关。
