| 摘 要： | 目的：建立盆腔消胶囊的薄层鉴别方法。方法：采用TLC法对盆腔消胶囊中红花、香附、蒲公英进行定性鉴别。结果：三批样品中TLC色谱中均能检出红花、香附、蒲公英。结论：所建立的方法准确可靠，可用于该制剂的鉴别研究。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the thin laye r distinguish method for Penqiangxiao capsule .Method:The TCL me thod were applied to determine the nature of the ingredient of Penqiangxiao caps ule, that is safflower , nutagrass flatsedge rhizome , dandelion . Resul t: All the three samples were found safflower , nutagrass flatsedge rhiz ome , dandelion in the TLC chromatography . Conclusion : The TLC method is reliable , which is suitable for the capsule study. |
