急性冠状动脉综合征患者血清明胶酶B与基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1水平的临床探讨

摘    要:目的 通过测定急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清明胶酶B(MMP-9)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)水平,探讨MMP-9及TIMP-1与粥样斑块破裂的关系。评价血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平作为粥样斑块破裂的血清学指标的意义。方法 选择稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者30例,ACS惠者54例,并选择30例健康人作为对照。比较ACS组与SAP组及正常对照组之间血清MMP-9及TIMD-1水平的差异。结果 ACS组血清MMP-9水平高于SAP组及正常对照组,而血清TIMP-1水平低于SAP组及正常对照组,且具有统计学意义。SAP组血清MMP-9水平高于正常对照组,而血清TIMP—1水平低于正常对照组,也具有统计学意义。结论 血清MMP-9水平增高及TIMP-1水平的降低与粥样斑块破裂相关,可作为判断粥样斑块不稳定的血清学指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of matrix metalloproteases-9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitors of matris metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1 ) and coronary atherosclerotic plaque rupture.To evaluate significance of serum levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 as serum target of plaque rupture.Methods Eighty-four in patients with coronary heart disease were studied.There were 30 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP),54 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and 30 healthy controls.At the same time,the serum levels of MMP-9,TIMP-1 were compared among all groups.Results The serum level of MMP-9 in ACS group was higher than that in SAP group and control group,while the serum level of TIMP-1 in ACS group was lower than that in SAP group and control.There was significant difference in serum level of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 between ACS,SAP,and control group.Conclusion Plaque rupture is related to the increase of the serum level of MMP-9 and the decrease of the serum level of TIMP-1,which can be regarded as a serum mark of plaque rupture.
