| 摘 要： | [目的]比较中西药物治疗前列腺增生患者（BPH）的治疗效果。[方法]用国际前列腺症状评分量表（I-PSS）和生活质量评分量表（QOL），比较77例在山东省立医院门诊就诊病例中、西药治疗效果。[结果]中药组、西药组治疗前后症状评分降低幅度差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）生活质量评分降低幅度差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]2种药物对BPH的治疗效果相同，但中药治疗对生活质量的改善优于西药。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To Compare the effect of Traditional Chinese herbs to western medicines in the treatment of benign hyperplasia of prostate(BPH).[Methods]77 outpatients treated in Shandong Provincial Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment with different medicines.International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS)and Quality of life(QOL)were used to evaluate symptomatic changes.[Results]There was no difference in the changes of Symptom Scores between two groups(P>0.05);and high significant difference in the changes of quality of life(P<0.05).[Conclusion]There was no difference of the effect with two different medicines,but Traditional Chinese herbs were better than western medicines in changing the quality of life. |
