摘    要:目的 观察肿瘤的化学治疗对血清一氧化氮 (NO)含量的影响。方法 采用硝酸还原酶法测定 37例肿瘤患者化疗前后血清NO含量的变化。结果 顺铂联合组 (CDDP组 )第一化疗疗程后血清NO含量显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而第二疗程后血清NO含量与化疗前基本一致 (P >0 .0 5 )。非CDDP组化疗前后血清NO含量变化不明显。结论 血清NO含量可以反映化疗时肿瘤细胞凋亡水平及作为化疗尤其是使用顺铂化疗效果的敏感指标。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect on chemotherapy to nitric oxide content in serum of the tumor patients. Methods Using nitrate reductase method we determined nitric oxide content in serum of the 37 tumor patients. Results In CDDP group, nitric oxide content obviously increased after the first chemotherapy cycle( P <0.05). But there was no difference in serum nitric oxide content before chemotherapy and after the second chemotherapy cycle( P >0.05). In non-CDDP group, the change of nitric oxide content in serum is not obvious before and after chemotherapy. Conclusion Nitric oxide content in serum can reflect the apoptosis level of tumor cells, meanwhile, it is an sensitivity index for using chemotherapy including CDDP regimen.
